Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in Houston, TX with flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, identify opportunities, and set meetings with potential clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships, manage inbound inquiries, and conduct outreach to identify new business opportunities. Using your knowledge of the company’s services, you will engage prospects, deliver value propositions, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales, prospecting, lead generation, and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Passion for sustainability and interest in environmental solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a benefit
