Essential Functions Application Oversight
Application Development
Seamless third‑party integration, secure coding practices, performance analysis, and streamlining applications
Application Maintenance
Debug, troubleshoot and monitor logs, including legacy applications
Analysis, Design and Testing
Analyze and model
Contribute to development deliverables, including data flow diagrams and class diagrams
Collaboration
Create and communicate documentation, unit testing follow‑up, and change management participation
Compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Complete required regulatory training as assigned
Maintain strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations and internal controls specific to the role, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending regulation
Knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a full‑time student with an accredited college or university
Enrolled in a degree‑seeking program with an emphasis on Computer Science
Minimum 60 completed academic hours
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; may require travel within the Austin metro area
Must be bondable
Preferred Requirements
Experience building RESTful services using Web API, Java, or other leading web services platforms
Experience building applications using C#, SQL Server, MVC, JS, Java, Swift, Kotlin or Angular
Knowledge of web application‑specific security issues and mitigation
Experience with source control such as Git
Experience working for a financial institution
