What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend the right ProSource solutions
Manage a sales pipeline and hit/exceed monthly activity goals
Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through close
Requirements:
4+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience in Plumbing
Hybrid between inbound customer service / outbound calling to current clients
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-starter with a competitive mindset
