Regional Adoption Leadership (US Focal Point): 40%
Serve as the regional focal point in the US, championing analytics and automation tools, fostering awareness, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the organization’s transformation toward a data-driven culture. Act as a coach and advisor to cross-functional teams on data quality improvement and analytics use cases.
Business Improvement and Opportunity Identification: 30%
Engage with functional teams to understand end-to-end processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement through data and emerging technologies. Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly test and address critical business challenges.
Data Analysis and Insight: 30%
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover business insights and support data-driven decision-making. Translate analysis into actionable outcomes by developing automated tools, dashboards, reports, or workflows that enhance productivity and business value.
Additional Responsibilities: 5%
Define Data Standards: Define and document data standards and governance policies with domain experts to ensure consistency and integrity. Continuous Learning and Research: Stay current on emerging technologies, algorithms, and best practices to keep the team state-of-the-art.
About you
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field 10% Domestic and International Travel involved Authorized to work in the US Mindset: Quick learner, collaborative, pragmatic, solution-oriented, comfortable with rapid experimentation Leadership/Influence: Ability to lead by example and inspire technology and data initiatives Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships Business Acumen: Understand the intersection of data and business processes Empathy: Address the needs of different teams in analytics adoption English fluency (spoken and written) Robust coding abilities (Python) Experience with APIs, algorithms, and data structures Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of analytics/data science experience in a complex business environment Experience with DevOps tools and modern cloud stack/practices Physical Requirements
Onsite or remote: 60% onsite Vision, Hearing, Speaking: standard daily requirements for computer-based work and communication Tools and PPE: PPE as required by site or shop floor Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship/work authorization is required for this position.
