What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Configure and deploy key HCM modules while ensuring best practices
Oversee integrations with third‑party systems (including UKG where applicable)
Guide teams through full lifecycle implementations—from planning through go‑live and optimization
Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
Master’s degree is a plus
Oracle Fusion HCM certification is highly preferred
8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or similar roles
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
Proven experience leading full lifecycle HCM implementations
Technical Skills Experience working with multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as:
