F or one of our ongoing Project
we are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in DevOps Engineering and Software Development.
• Experience with Windows/Linux systems, CI/CD tools for .Net and Java (Jenkins and VSTS/Azure DevOps), automation and containerization tools.
• Experience with with various languages (Bash, C#, Javascript, Powershell, Python, and VB. JQuery a plus).
• Experience using Source Code Management systems. Bitbucket (Stash/Git) and VSTS experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and use of a standard software development tool suite.
• Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge including DNS, routing, and subnets.
• Understanding of security hardening concepts including encryption, firewalls, and proxies.
• Experience with F5 load balancers is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, escalate, and communicate issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure CI/CD implementations are based on Configuration-as-Code and Pipeline-as-Code strategies.
• Provide administration and maintenance (system availability, performance, capacity, etc.) of the established CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with development and infrastructure administration teams to design improved deployment, provisioning and integration workflows.
• Design and deploy application infrastructures comprising of complex systems and services.
• Participate in on-call shifts and off-hours maintenance when necessary.
• Research new technologies that offer opportunities to enhance and improve the DevOps platforms.
• Interface with management, their own and cross-functional technical teams, and periodically interacts with third party vendors.
