About

360 Wellness is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our growing team. We are primarily located in Senior Living Facilities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc). We are looking for caring and compassionate team members who value their patients, team members, community, and themselves. We are looking for someone who provides physical therapy to help restore function and regain independence while reducing pain and reaching the patient’s full potential. Team member will be asked to participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and operations. We look forward to you applying!
Requirements
* Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
* Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
* Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
