Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business Managing Matrix and KPI performance Serious ambition and intention to make important things happen for candidates & clients 3+ years staffing experience in manufacturing, logistics or construction is preferred Highly accountable team player approach Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan Proficiency using multiple systems, MS Excel, Google mail, calendaring and shared drives Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives This job posting is open for 4 weeks.
