3-5 years of professional experience in a data analyst role (5 years preferred) Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Lookups, etc. Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate data tasks and workflows Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for AI tools Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple formats (CSV, Excel, databases, etc.) Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Working knowledge in SQL or Python for data querying and automation Experience in a sales operations, finance, or supply chain environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights Build and maintain automated reporting and data workflows using AI tools and Excel-based solutions (Power Query, macros, VBA) Apply AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive data tasks and improve process efficiency
