*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to supports fast-paced data center builds, infrastructure deployments, or migrations by coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Network, Facilities) and managing project timelines. This role requires 2–5 years of experience in data center environments or construction.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Coordination & Scheduling:* Maintains project plans, schedules, and RAID logs, ensuring alignment across teams.
* *Documentation, Procurement & Vendor Management*: Manages project documentation (RFI's, submittals, change orders), tracks equipment delivery (Racks, Servers, Power), and manages relationships with vendors.
* *Reporting & Risk*: Monitors budgets and prepares status reports, while proactively mitigating bottlenecks.
* *Site Support:* Coordinates on-site activities like walkthroughs and commissioning.
*Required Qualifications*
* Experience: 2–5 years in project coordination within technical, data center, or mission-critical environments.
* Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of IT equipment, UPS, and cooling systems.
* Tools: Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.
* *Some AI tools preferably Claude. *
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* PMP/CAPM certification and experience with ITIL
* Strong collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
