1818 – Eat & Drink in Zermatt!

The historic Wallis-style dining room with designer furniture feels lively and cozy. Fresh, local products are prepared creatively. The extensive wine selection is eye-catching, and the “before and after” bar is a hidden gem in the village.

We are looking for a Commis de Rang to complete our team until August. Apply now!

  • Preparing service stations, stocking linens, polishing cutlery, and setting tables before service.
  • Clearing dirty dishes (bussing), replenishing bread/water, and assisting Chef de Rang with orders.
  • Keeping dining areas and side stations clean and organized according to company policies
  • Welcoming guests, delivering food, and providing prompt service.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment
  • Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt

  • Well-groomed appearance with a friendly, professional attitude.

  • Team spirit and reliability, as well as an independent and precise way of working

  • Good level of English. German or French is a plus.
