Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis. Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security. Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies: Splunk, XSOAR, CrowdStrike, FireEye, Google Chronicle, Azure, Twinwave, Akamai. Excellent communication skills are a must. Experience with incident response, including forensics, investigation, chat support, and escalation.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Additional experience with security threat centers. Familiarity with handling security alerts and triage processes. Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues to appropriate parties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Act as the first line of response for security threat centers. Handle cases and alerts, perform initial investigations, and follow established procedures. Escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary, which may include management involvement.
