• Behind the Scenes: You ensure smooth operations and pay meticulous attention to maintaining our high hygiene and quality standards.

• The Foundation: Ideally, you have completed a degree or apprenticeship in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Initial Bar Experience: You know your way around a shaker, understand the basics of mixology, and have already gained some initial experience behind a bar.
• A Taste for Excellence: You have a basic understanding of spirits and—as a real bonus—you are interested in the sophisticated world of cigars.
• Language Talents: Our guests are international. You communicate confidently in German and English. If you also speak Italian, that's the "olive in the martini."
• Passion: You live for excellent service, possess a sophisticated appearance, and maintain your elegance even when the house is full.
