About
1) Journey mapping and mural experience preferred. 2) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially with regards to PowerPoint and Excel. 3) Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 4) Ability to conduct end-to-end gap analysis and measurement, change management, strategy alignment and creativity to optimize the consumer experience. 5) Ability to lead experience workshops in order to formulate recommended solutions and gain consumer insights to optimize the customer experience.
