About The Role & Team
As a
Global Solutions Architect
for Experiment, you will be a key technical partner to our worldwide Solutions Engineering team, guiding customers through their experimentation journey and ensuring successful platform awareness and adoption. You'll work cross-functionally to support customer education, onboarding, technical troubleshooting during POVs (Proof Of Value) and the sharing of best practices, shaping how experimentation is utilized across companies.

As a Global Solutions Architect, You Will

• Lead post-sales efforts such as onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing customers.
• Become a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, addressing their experimentation challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer questions on Amplitude experimentation architecture and usage.
• Architect complex, global-scale solutions spanning geographies, industries, and multi-region stakeholder groups, integrating Amplitude Experiment platforms with data warehouses and marketing tools
