Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2
Salary: £27,206 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide exceptional care and education tailored to each child's individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging early years activities that stimulate learning and development.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Conduct risk assessments and report any health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
- Experience in Early Years: Over 1 year is desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable
