Position: Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,036.80

This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates continuously throughout the year.

In this rewarding position, you will:

• Ensure each child's individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
• Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and followed.
• Conduct risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years - desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
