Location: London Road, Waterlooville

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,308.80 per annum

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high standards of care and education.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging and stimulating early years activities.
• Be an active, professional member of the team, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential.
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable.
