Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Hourly Rate: £13.47 per hour

Work Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week, 2 long days from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Our nursery operates from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and we require flexibility to work varied shift patterns within these hours.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and policies.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
