Are you ready to take on an exciting new role at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus position is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards and compliance across our departments. Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling daily operational plans and ensuring that your team is in the right place at the right time. Your leadership will help us manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining exceptional operational standards and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Be the hands-on leader, ensuring your team effectively meets all key tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching & Development: Support and coach your team to achieve key targets, such as retail upselling.
  • Audit Responsibility: Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor and ensure a consistent quality guest experience in line with brand guidelines.
  • Communication Champion: Ensure effective communication between managers and teams, executing plans seamlessly.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
Role Details

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also work flexibly across departments as needed. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience.

Key Focus Areas 1. Food Safety Champion
  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Ensure all team members follow correct procedures, including temperature checks and allergen management.
2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience
  • Ensure guests are greeted with a friendly, attentive welcome that reflects the Butlin’s brand.
  • Step in to resolve guest queries promptly with empathy and professionalism.
3. Coaching & Developing the Team
  • Provide on-shift coaching to help team members build confidence and capability.
  • Encourage a positive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
About You
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and support your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audit and observation activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
  • Proven ability to generate new opportunities through sales and promotions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams to success.
