About

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. This role does require specialized knowledge of a business line. Required Work Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years combined experience in either direct patient care or quality management with at least 5 years of leadership experience. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a Medicare Accountable Care Organization and/or Clinically Integrated Network setting. At least three (3) years' experience in Hierarchical Coding Categories coding and documentation. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Healthcare Related Field.
