On behalf of a highly regarded and well-capitalised Irish property group, we are seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to join their growing Dublin-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to step into a broad, high-impact role within a business that is actively investing and delivering across a diverse real estate portfolio including residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial assets.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business, from group reporting and control to project finance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts across multiple entities
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, control, and compliance
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes
- Manage year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Support ongoing investment, financing, and development activities
- Drive continuous improvements across systems, controls, and reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), ideally trained in a Top 10 firm
- 3β7 yearsβ PQE, with exposure to real estate development, investment, construction, or multi-entity environments advantageous
- Strong technical accounting and group financial reporting experience
- Commercially aware, with the ability to engage with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to oversee wider finance team
