Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of enterprise systems including: AIX, Linux, Windows, Scripting, Virtualization, Storage, Data Protection, Security, and Patch Management. Experience with Microsoft administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Information Technology, or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for education requirement.Additional Credential Info: One of the following certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administration Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator.
