We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a BD team of 5, boost revenue, and develop new business strategies. You'll manage KPIs, mentor staff, optimise processes, and drive business development. A background in tech sales and strong negotiation skills are a must.

Proven business development experience Strong negotiation, analytics & communication skills Proven people management experience (1 to 1's, KPI's etc.) Ability to drive team performance & exceed targets Tech industry experience preferred
