We’re working with a global financial services company building a modern, AI-driven workflow platform. This is a senior front‑end role focused purely on UI and user experience using React and TypeScript.
You’ll join a small innovation team and work closely with product and business stakeholders in Dublin. This is not a typical front‑end role. You’ll be shaping how the product looks and feels, not just building from specs.
What you’ll be doing
- Build high-quality UI using React and TypeScript
- Turn ideas into working prototypes quickly using AI tools
- Work closely with product teams to shape user experience
- Improve and influence UI decisions across the platform
- Collaborate with backend teams for integration
- Support junior engineers through code reviews
Must have
- 5+ years of experience as software engineering
- 3+ years of strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Proven track record building user‑focused interfaces
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development
- Able to prototype ideas quickly and iterate fast
- Confident communicator who can challenge and influence decisions
- Product mindset with a strong sense of what good UX looks like
- Experience xcfaprz with Docker
- Exposure to AWS services and practices or modern architectures
- Background working before and after AI tools became mainstream
