*Overview*
The Stacia Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Mission Support in Chantilly, VA. Government-centric, courteous, responsive, professional, and superior leadership skills are essential. This is a strictly non-telework position.
*Principle Responsibilities and Duties*
Establishes new IT-related capabilities from a variety of DoD and Intelligence Community partners in support of Agency space vehicle operations.
o New capabilities include, but are not limited to networks, systems, operating methods, and equipment across all of Agency remote locations.
o Examples include bringing established networks to existing facilities, standing up new systems and procedures for the enterprise, creating storage and data retention methods, connecting disparate systems to common classified cloud environments, ensuring compliance with system owner standards, and standing up IT-related capabilities at new Agency locations.
* Adapts to the ever-changing requirements of Agency’s mission to provide robust, cradle-to-grave IT-related support across all aspects of enterprise operations.
* Identifies gaps and shortfalls in the existing Agency enterprise offerings by liaising with stakeholders.
* Addresses gaps by bringing in new networks, systems, equipment, and/or other capabilities.
* Builds relationships.
* Completes required administration and policy/SOPs with relevant security/finance/leadership stakeholders.
* Implements the solution.
* Manages the solution to ensure continued success.
* Advises Agency leadership on new requirements and on existing policy and procedures to ensure the Agency remains in compliance.
* Supports new and additional tasks as they arise.
*Qualifications*
· MUST be a U.S. Citizen and hold an *active* *TS/SCI *Security Clearance with SAP eligibility.
· 15+ years of experience.
· DoD 8140/8570 IAT II Certification required (CCNA-Security; CySA (aka CSA+); GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP) at a minimum.
· Superb professionalism and proactive staff engagement.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Experience developing, testing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Demonstrated ability to develop a professional network across organizational boundaries.
Pay: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
