This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for producing complete tender packages for M&E projects, working closely with the project management team on the ground in Limerick.
The role Taking ownership of the full estimating process and putting tender packages together from start to finish Taking the pressure off the project management team by handling the commercial and estimating function locally in Limerick Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents Preparing accurate cost estimates, take-offs and labour build-ups Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Supporting the project team throughout the tender and delivery process What we are looking for Experience in M&E estimating -- mechanical, electrical or both considered Ability to pull a full tender package together independently Proficient in estimating software (Trimble xcfaprz Accubid or similar an advantage) Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Trade or engineering background advantageous Limerick-based or willing to relocate What's on offer €60,000 €70,000 depending on experience Permanent position with an established and growing M&E contractor To apply contact Darrylat Talent Curve Recruitment
