- €500 Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer (L2/L3) for a contract engagement with our client.
This role requires a proactive, self-sufficient professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience working across cloud-based Windows environments and connectivity protocols.
Key Responsibilities Manage and support access to Windows Cloud VM environments Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot connectivity protocols including RDP, SSH, FTP/SFTP, and UNC paths Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, including port and configuration-level troubleshooting Validate and ensure secure, reliable connections across systems Provide detailed technical input to support internal change requests Maintain accurate and structured documentation of issues, resolutions, task progress, requirements, and blockers Review and interpret configurations from legacy systems and recreate them accurately in new platforms with differing interfaces Take ownership of tasks and work independently while collaborating with internal teams Key Requirements Strong experience in a Cloud Engineering or L2/L3 Support role Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including ports and protocols Hands-on experience troubleshooting SSH, FTP, SFTP, UNC, and RDP xcfaprz connectivity Experience working with Windows-based cloud or virtual machine environments Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices Experience supporting system transitions or migrations is highly desirable Additional Information Hybrid working model with 23 days onsite per week Skills: Cloud Azure Microsoft Level 3 Tech Support Windows Cloud VM Benefits: Work From Home
