About
AlignMed Partners is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Attending Physician to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in a dynamic, practice-based setting. As an Attending Physician, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to a diverse adult patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating care across specialties. You will perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and implement treatment plans, and adjust therapies based on patient response and clinical guidelines. In this role, you will serve as the primary clinical decision-maker for your patients, ensuring continuity of care and clear, empathetic communication with patients and their families. Working within AlignMed Partners’ collaborative care model, you will supervise and mentor mid-level providers and clinical staff, contribute to care protocols, and participate in interdisciplinary case reviews to optimize patient outcomes. You will leverage electronic health records to document encounters accurately and in a timely manner, maintain regulatory and documentation standards, and support quality improvement initiatives, including clinical audits, patient safety measures, and performance metrics. As part of a culture that values innovation and continuous learning, you will stay current with clinical best practices, participate in ongoing education and training, and help implement new approaches that enhance efficiency and patient experience. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to integrity and excellence in patient care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing complex cases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with patients from varied backgrounds. At AlignMed Partners, you will find a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful impact on patients’ lives through high-quality, coordinated healthcare delivery.
