Manager/Sr. Manager, Internal Recruiting will serve as a strategic talent leader and trusted advisor to Salesforce's senior leadership in EMEA, driving the end-to-end internal mobility and talent strategy across the region. This leader will build, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team of recruiters while owning the full recruitment lifecycle, execution and reporting. The ideal candidate is a people‑first leader with deep expertise in talent acquisition, a passion for internal mobility, and the ability to operate with influence at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Leads and executes the regional internal recruiting strategy for EMEA and serving as a strategic talent partner to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition partners across EMEA, shaping and executing internal recruiting strategies that align with organizational priorities and growth goals
- Leads, coaches, and develops a team of recruiters — building deep capability in business acumen, executive partnership, and data‑driven recruiting practices
- Drives hiring goals through rigorous headcount planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with the business, strategy partners and HR stakeholders
- Champions a best‑in‑class candidate experience, ensuring equitable and transparent processes for all internal candidates
- Delivers executive‑level reporting on internal talent flows, team performance, and talent trends — translating data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Leads and sponsors high‑impact, cross‑functional projects and initiatives to continuously evolve recruiting processes, tools, and programs at both the regional and global level
- Partners closely with peers in Internal Recruiting leadership to align EMEA strategy with global talent priorities, sharing best practices and ensuring across regions
Experience & Skills Required
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including significant leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment
- Proven track record leading internal mobility, ideally at scale and within a global technology organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders, establishing credibility through data, insight, and strong business partnership
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and building data‑driven recruiting strategies that consistently meet hiring targets
- Strong xcfaprz analytical mindset — able to leverage data to surface trends, identify risks, and guide both team and organizational strategy
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leadership and representing the recruiting function in high‑stakes forums
- Proven success developing and retaining top recruiting talent, with a genuine commitment to team growth, inclusion, and career development
- Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results across complex stakeholder landscapes
- Passion for internal mobility and a belief in the power of growing talent from within
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
