Human Resources Advisor

We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware HR Advisor to take ownership of the people agenda at a busy operational site in Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to step into a standalone, high-visibility role where your work directly shapes culture on the ground.

This position can be considered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility around working patterns.

This isn’t a “business-as-usual” HR position.

You’ll be:

• The trusted advisor to site leadership guiding, influencing, and challenging where needed
• Driving real cultural and operational change, not just supporting it
• Partnering directly with Union representatives in a fast-paced environment
• Owning end-to-end employee relations and case management
• Leading local HR initiatives while contributing to wider organisational projects

We’re looking for someone credible, grounded, and proactive:

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, operational setting
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Confidence to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to balance hands-on ER work with broader HR initiatives
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
• Highly organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about people
