About
We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware HR Advisor to take ownership of the people agenda at a busy operational site in Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to step into a standalone, high-visibility role where your work directly shapes culture on the ground.
All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.
This position can be considered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility around working patterns.
Why This Role Stands OutThis isn’t a “business-as-usual” HR position.
You’ll be:
- The trusted advisor to site leadership guiding, influencing, and challenging where needed
- Driving real cultural and operational change, not just supporting it
- Partnering directly with Union representatives in a fast-paced environment
- Owning end-to-end employee relations and case management
- Leading local HR initiatives while contributing to wider organisational projects
If you enjoy being close to the action and making decisions that have immediate impact this is your kind of role.
What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone credible, grounded, and proactive:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, operational setting
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Confidence to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to balance hands-on ER work with broader HR initiatives
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about people
- Competitive salary aligned to €50–60K level experience
- Opportunity to shape culture and influence outcomes locally
- Support from a wider HR function while maintaining site-level independence
- A business with strong growth plans and ongoing investment
Benefits include:
- 21 days annual leave + public holidays
- Up to 10% matched pension contribution
- Flexible benefits package (including healthcare support and cycle schemes)
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
- Employee Assistance Programme
You’ll be joining a well-established organisation operating within a large-scale logistics and infrastructure environment, with ambitious plans for growth, transformation, and sustainability over the coming years. The business is committed to investing in its people, operations, and long-term future.
