CI/CD Pipeline Management Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows. Integrate pipelines with Azure services to enable multi-cloud deployments. Ensure pipelines are reusable, templated, and well-documented to support team-wide adoption. Source Control & Collaboration Manage GitHub repositories, enforce branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow), and oversee pull request workflows. Partner with development teams to migrate codebases from Azure DevOps to GitHub, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. Cloud Infrastructure Management Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources in Azure (VMs, AKS, App Services, Function Apps, API Management Gateway, Azure Container Apps). Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Support hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, including VPN configuration and network security. Automation, Monitoring & Reliability Automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash. Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance using Datadog and Azure Monitor. Troubleshoot deployment issues and production outages, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions. Security & Compliance Integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows following DevSecOps best practices. Manage secrets and credentials securely across GitHub, Azure, and AWS environments. Ensure systems and processes comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps practices and platform reliability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and process improvements.
