We are seeking a skilled professional to support a large enterprise environment with approximately 10,000 SQL Server instances. The role involves incident management, performance troubleshooting, space/capacity management, and handling change requests. This operations-focused position is essential for maintaining database uptime and resolving production issues. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong production support experience Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and event management systems Exposure to Redis (13 years) Experience in large-scale environments, ticket-driven support models, and enterprise DBA operations Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with additional database technologies Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage and resolve incidents related to SQL Server operations Conduct performance troubleshooting and optimize database performance Handle space and capacity management tasks Process and implement change requests efficiently
