Hybrid Onsite 5 days/week, alternating weeks in Smithfield, RI
Our client seeks a Data Analyst to deliver analytical insights that inform customer acquisition, segmentation, and product strategy. The role will synthesize customer, transactional, digital, and financial data to build clear narratives and drive experimentation. You will collaborate across agile product teams to design dashboards, automate analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Generate analytical insights to drive initiatives in customer acquisition, segmentation, product strategy, and market sizing. Translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable stories and recommendations. Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product to optimize experiences. Leverage SQL and programming tools to query, transform, and analyze large datasets. Support experimentation and hypothesis-driven analysis to improve customer journeys. Communicate insights to broad audiences with clarity and business relevance.
Experience Requirements
10+ years generating analytical insights using tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. Ability to craft customer experience narratives that surface successes and friction points. Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Experience with digital analytics, customer sentiment, or behavioral data (preferred). Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning mindset.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. MBA or MS degree (preferred).
