About the Role: As a Data Governance Analyst, you will support governance operations across client programs, including data quality controls, GDPR‑aligned access processes, and reporting workflows. You will work closely with consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to keep data accurate, well‑documented, and audit‑ready. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of governance, data quality, or analytics support experience who want to deepen their governance and compliance expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support data governance operations, including data access controls and stewardship workflows.
  • Maintain data quality checks, validation routines, and issue tracking logs.
  • Prepare governance documentation, including policies, glossaries, and data dictionaries.
  • Assist with GDPR‑aligned processes for access, retention, and incident response.
  • Coordinate reporting in Excel or Power BI and ensure metrics are accurate and current.
  • Support training and onboarding for governance tools and data processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years in data governance, data quality, analytics support, or related roles.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and data handling best practices.
  • Experience with Excel and reporting; Power BI exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in data processes.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
