We are looking for an experienced
IT Support Engineer (Level 2 / Level 3)
to join our IT team in Dublin.
This role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining CCS Cleaning’s European IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, security response, and core infrastructure. You will act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers, resolve complex incidents, and help implement improvements across our systems. Key Responsibilities
Act as escalation point for Level 1 issues and resolve complex technical incidents
Support Windows, iOS, and Android environments
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage Entra ID users, groups, Conditional Access, and MFA
Manage endpoints using Intune / SureMDM and ensure device compliance
Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and replication issues
Assist with networking and connectivity (DNS, VPN, remote access)
Respond to security alerts, phishing incidents, and account compromises
Use PowerShell to automate tasks, audits, and reporting
Identify process gaps and support rollout of new systems
Essential Qualifications And Skills
Proven Level 2 / Level 3 IT support experience
Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration skills
Windows OS troubleshooting expertise
Structured troubleshooting approach
Comfortable working in a lean IT team
Desirable
Intune / MDM experience
Windows Server administration
PowerShell scripting
Exposure to security tools (Defender, SIEM concepts)
Working Style
Structured, calm under pressure, strong communicator, able to prioritise critical issues, and takes ownership through to resolution.
