Product Engineer
to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in
New Product Introduction (NPI)
and ensure high-quality product delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful introduction of new products into subcontract manufacturing. You’ll ensure all documentation, procedures, and testing frameworks are in place, while also providing training and ongoing support to manufacturing partners.
A strong focus on
quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
is essential, along with a solid understanding of
ISO9001 standards .
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers
Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams on successful NPI delivery
Support component verification and validation activities
Manage product validation and certification processes
Develop and maintain production test equipment
Lead customer failure analysis and root cause investigations
Drive corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
Identify and implement product and process improvements (quality & cost)
Manage and document non-conforming xcfaprz products
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Product Engineering or NPI-focused role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Working knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems
Experience with failure analysis and root cause methodologies
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
Excellent documentation and communication skills
