We’re seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership role - with a clear pathway to Company Associate for the right candidate.

What You’ll Work On
Large‑scale residential developments with the Land Development Agency (LDA)
High‑rise and low‑rise private residential projects nationwide
Refurbishment of historic structures for OPW and other clients
New‑build commercial offices and hotels
Fit‑out and refurbishment of commercial spaces
Industrial and data centre developments
Your Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will
Lead projects from feasibility through to construction
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, directors, and design teams
Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Deliver innovative, practical, and compliant structural solutions
Oversee preparation of technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation
Act as Ancillary Certifier and carry out site inspections where required
Mentor and develop junior engineers
Contribute to continuous improvement of company standards and processes
What We’re Looking For
Level 8+ Degree in Structural Engineering (Masters or Honours)
Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland / IStructE), or close to achieving
10+ years’ experience across a broad range of structural projects
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes (Ireland/UK/Europe experience xcfaprz preferred)
Proven technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with BCAR inspections (desirable)
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, ETABS)
