We are hiring an experienced Senior Process Engineer (Packaging) to lead a high‑speed, automated packaging area within a regulated manufacturing environment.

This is a senior role combining hands‑on technical ownership with people leadership, focused on driving performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
The role
- Act as SME for fully automated, high‑volume packaging equipment
- Lead and develop a team of technicians supporting production and maintenance
- Provide day‑to‑day production support and advanced troubleshooting
- Drive OEE, uptime and preventative maintenance improvements
- Lead deviations, CAPAs and change control within a regulated environment
- Support new equipment installation and process validation
- Champion GMP, safety and quality compliance
About you
- Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years’ manufacturing process engineering experience
- Strong people management and leadership background
- Solid expertise in packaging equipment and processes
- Proven use of xcfaprz Lean / Six Sigma / structured problem‑solving
- Experience in a regulated industry (med‑tech, pharma, medical devices, FMCG)
- Senior, site‑critical engineering role
- High level of autonomy and influence
- Technically challenging, fast‑paced environment
