• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicles, services, and dealership policies.
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Provide informative responses regarding vehicle features, financing options, and service schedules.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluency in additional languages.
