What Youll Do
As a key member of our team, youll focus on providing excellent service to our clients and supporting ongoing growth. Youll be trained and supported from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to all incoming customer queries and directing them according to our agency's standard procedures.
- Providing accurate information or routing clients to the appropriate departments.
- Processing documents related to policy changes and renewals.
- Maintaining and updating client records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
