Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys assisting others, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately via phone and email
- Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
- Record customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Build long-term relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Work within customer service systems and programs
- Uphold high ethical standards and comply with company policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or related experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
