Job Summary
B & B Appliance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent who we are as a business on service calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer support and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound service calls: creating service appointments, answering customer questions, directing calls to appropriate department
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, or customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills: oral, written and telephone
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
