Promote awareness of brand image.
Use sales tactics to maximize revenue.
Recognize opportunity to up-sell and sell enhancements to create a better customer experience.
Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements prior to scheduling tour for guests.
Answer questions about facilities/services.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge and guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear, professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns of others.
Job Type: Full-time
Commission: $500.00 to $2,500.00 /week
