Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech savvy (able to operate an Ipad & smart phone), troubleshoot and is able to remain calm under pressure. This position is for a customer service position in a parking garage in downtown Reno, Nevada. Shifts are 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Must be able to follow directions, be reliable, and have strong work ethic. Cash handling and balancing is a must. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and sit for several hours. Starting pay range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour. 90-120 day probationary period. Probationary period is evaluated on attendance, punctuality, performance, and reliability. Part-time and Full-time positions available. This is a 24/7 hour operation. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
