Lawn Doctor is seeking a dependable and professional full-time Office & Customer Support Coordinator to provide outstanding service to our lawn care customers and support our operations team.
This is a steady, year-round office position for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking team. You will be the friendly voice our customers rely on and a key support person helping our technicians and sales team operate efficiently.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to help coordinate communication with technicians in the field and ensure routes run smoothly and accurately.
This position involves customer communication, office coordination, and operational support. The right person is positive, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers and team members throughout the day.
What You'll Do
Customer Support
- Answer inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
- Respond to customer emails and service requests
- Provide service recommendations and pricing
- Schedule services and update customer records
- Follow up on estimates and customer requests
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Assist with customer concerns and service questions
- Work closely with the Operations Manager
- Help coordinate communication with technicians in the field
- Assist technicians with route questions and customer information
- Help ensure services are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Follow up on estimates and proposals
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Maintain organized customer records
- Assist with paperwork and office tasks
- Support basic HR and administrative activities
- Help keep the office running smoothly
