Responsibilities:
Provide information about the products and services to clients
Work with Customer on setting up their insurance claim
Manage customers appointment and scheduling based on data entered on
internal CRM software
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Sales Support
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
