About
The mission behind Matrix is simple but powerful: make messaging as open and accessible as email. That means giving people and organisations the freedom to choose where their data is hosted, enjoy truly private conversations, and stay in control of their communications.
Today, Element helps major organisations run Matrix securely at scale, from the French, German and British governments to international institutions like NATO and the UN.
THE ROLE This is a hybrid role within the Customer Success organisation, combining pre‑sales and technical delivery responsibilities. You will split your time approximately 50/50 between Pre‑Sales Engineering (working with Account Executives to land new business) and Post‑Sales.
You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor for new customers and a key technical partner for existing ones—driving adoption of Element and Matrix across high‑profile institutions. You’ll focus predominantly on the German‑speaking market, while supporting international opportunities as needed.
