*About the role*
We are looking for an individual enthusiastic about IT and has a solid awareness of hardware, software, and networking. We are looking for a natural problem-solver with the technical ability to diagnose issues, minimise downtime, and maintain detailed documentation, all while keeping user satisfaction front and centre. Equally important are your soft skills; you will bring patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
*Key responsibilities*
* Assist in the provision of technical support for all users and IT infrastructure issues in the following environments: Office, Production, Hosting, and remote Workers
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and administration of IT systems at both sites.
* Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s hardware and software systems.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT systems as required.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure and user guide materials.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery across the organisation.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and other IT team members.
* Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, and common applications.
* Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise work accordingly.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues.
* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities as the role evolves.
