- Provide cybersecurity support and expertise for offshore SCADA, OT networks, and industrial control systems, acting as an internal consultant on OT security matters
- Support technicians and local service organizations with secure remote access, firewall configuration, user management, and network hardening
- Deliver real-time remote support through Hotline participation, including on-call weekend rotation and shift coverage between 06:00–18:00 CET when required
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT Security, third-level support, and external partners to drive continuous security improvements
- Support audits, compliance activities, and alignment with industrial cybersecurity standards and best practices
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of security processes and solutions
- Provide commissioning and lifecycle security support on new projects, from initial setup through secure integration to operational handover
Qualifications
- Solid experience with Cisco® networking equipment (CCNA level minimum), plus experience with industrial routers and switches from other vendors
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIS 2, and KRITIS V
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting techniques in industrial or networked environments
- Basic knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g. MODBUS, IEC 104, OPC) and industrial electrical systems (beneficial)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems (beneficial)
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (beneficial)
- Professional-level English communication skills, both spoken and written

- Comfortable engaging with customers on security sensitive topics, willing to travel occasionally, with good IT skills (MS Office), a valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain a passport
